The front balance is a great move to include in combinations and routines. It's versatile, not too difficult and looks pretty!
It's so easy to get stuck in a rut when putting combinations together, I know I always automatically go to the same moves! Exploring different pathways into a move and exits out of the move is so useful for getting variety into your training, and it's fun!
